3.A Grand Meeting will be held every Friday of the first week of the month.This meeting is compulsory to every bureau leaders to attend and give reports about their progress.THIS WILL TAKE EFFECT EXACTLY THE FOLLOWING MONTH,so please make youself available for the Grand Meeting by the first Friday of December.
4.Every meeting is limited to an hour per session.
